Major Initiatives

  • Launched the “LeoMira” sterilization project: sterilized, vaccinated, and microchipped 3,000 cats and dogs
  • Participated in 96 working meetings with representatives of ministries and parliamentary committees
  • Developed the “temporary animal seizure” procedure regulations, approved by Cabinet Resolution No. 1010 of September 8, 2023
  • The fireworks restriction law took effect on November 6, 2023, developed through AZOU collaboration
  • Processed over 3,000 inquiries
  • Provided over 2,000 legal consultations
  • Facilitated 56+ criminal proceedings
  • Conducted 38 training seminars for 670 police officers from 22 regions
