Roundtable of Animal Protectors and Patrol Police Held in Kharkiv

On February 14, 2018, a meeting was held at the KHARKIV Today press center on the topic of cooperation between law enforcement and the public regarding compliance with animal protection laws.

The event discussed the main problems arising from violations of legislation in the field of animal treatment and ways to resolve them.

Participants exchanged views on police-citizen cooperation based on partnership principles. Current issues were raised, including the situation with animal abusers, animal poisoning, and lost animals in Kharkiv.
