Rescued Dogs March Held in Odesa

On March 26, 2018, a march was held in Odesa with the goal of raising awareness about the problem of stray animals.

Dog owners walked with their pets along the central streets of the city. Most participants of the march had adopted their four-legged friends from shelters or picked them up from the streets.

The animals had survived difficult ordeals: hunger, beatings, illness, and even poisoning attempts. Now they are happy animals, content with life, loyal friends, companions, or guardians.

The event was organized by the Association of Animal Protection Organizations of Ukraine to raise awareness about the problem of stray animals in the city.
