British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak appeared in a Christmas video inspired by the movie “Home Alone.”

The head of the British Government posted a humorous “Home Alone” style video on Twitter, showing him alone (actually with Larry the Cat) at 10 Downing Street, playing cricket in the corridors with Coke cans and eating spaghetti with sauce. The action is interrupted by a call from Prince Harry.

In the video “Happy Christmas from Downing Street,” the British Prime Minister stays in the building alone with the Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office, Larry the Cat.

It is heartwarming when state leaders demonstrate respectful attitudes toward animals — especially in such a relaxed, festive, and humorous way as Prime Minister Rishi Sunak did.
